Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction matters as much to us as the precision of our round frames or the durability of our preloved sunglasses collection.

Note: For hygiene reasons, our Kids’ collection items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging and accessories

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective films must remain attached

Refund Process

Exchange Process

Want a different style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your email:

  • Specify the replacement item (from our current collection)
  • We’ll process once we receive your original item
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
