Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) using premium carriers to ensure your eyewear arrives safely and stylishly.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our Return Promise

Just as our frames are designed for perfect fit and comfort, we’ve designed our returns process to be seamless and stress-free. We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Note: For hygiene reasons, items from our Kids’ collection are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, accessories, tags and protective films

Exchange Process

Want a different style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your email:

  • We’ll process once we receive your original item
